### My story

We’ve been on this yoga journey for 12 years now, starting in Jayanagar, Bangalore, and now soaking in the Varkala sea breeze. Yoga for us isn’t about being perfect – it’s about real people, wobbly poses, laughter, and those quiet moments that sneak up on you. Our Aayana Family is all about coming together, whether you’re a kid just finding your feet or a senior discovering new strength. This place is home, where you move closer to joy and your own rhythm.
