Whether you need a yoga wheel, block, or wooden alignment stick, everything is provided and sanitized before every session so you can walk in with just your water bottle. Aatmspand means soul vibration, and I designed this GK-2 space to foster exactly that. When you walk in, the first thing you will notice is the quiet, as the city noise stays outside. With our Buddha murals and soft, dimmable lighting, the environment is intentionally set to help you calm your nervous system before we even begin our first pose. We keep our group classes small, with 8 to 12 people. This is not just about fitting more mats in the room; it is about ensuring I can actually see your alignment and offer tactile adjustments when you need them. Whether you are working on your first Surya Namaskar or deepening a stretch with a wooden alignment stick, you have enough space to move without feeling crowded or intimidated. We provide everything you need on-site, including yoga wheels, blocks, straps, and mats. You do not need to lug heavy gear across Delhi to practice here. Whether you join us for a morning flow or an evening meditation session, the studio is air-conditioned and carpeted to keep you comfortable throughout the practice. If you have been looking for a place where you can practice without being judged for your flexibility, this is where you belong. ## About Sumit Gairola I built Aatmspand to be more than just a studio; it is my heart and a place for our yoga family to grow.
