We approach every setup as a tactile experience, layering textures and cultural elements to ensure that when your guests walk in, they feel the story we have spent hours perfecting behind the scenes. At Aashira, we believe that an event is not just a function, but a living dreamscape. Our process begins long before the first guest arrives, starting with sketches, material selection, and site visits that help us understand the unique geometry of a venue. ### Our Design Philosophy We avoid rigid templates because we think every story deserves a unique setting. Whether we are transforming a hotel ballroom in Delhi NCR or designing an outdoor setup for a destination wedding, our focus remains on creating an environment that feels natural and immersive. From the placement of a single candle to the height of a floral installation, every decision is intentional. ### The Execution Execution is where our vision meets reality. You will often find us working on the floor, adjusting the angle of a spotlight or hand-picking flowers to ensure the color palette matches the mood of the evening. We frequently incorporate unexpected elements—like raw spices, traditional figurines, or vintage textures—to add depth and local character to modern setups. This approach turns a standard banquet table into a point of conversation and a simple entrance into a welcoming passage. ### Planning with Aashira We handle projects with a high level of attention to detail, managing the logistics of lighting, floral density, and structural fabrication so you can focus on the celebration. If you are planning an upcoming wedding or social event, our team is ready to help you develop a visual narrative that stays true to your personality. ## About Aashira We are Ashish and Rajshree, the team behind Aashira. For us, an event isn't finished until the last floral stem is placed and the lighting is just right. We live for the transformation, turning your vision into a space that guests talk about long after the music fades.
