It starts long before the event day with structural planning and on-site rigging. Whether we are hanging crystal strings in a ballroom or stacking cane baskets for a Haldi, our team focuses on the technical precision that makes the final look possible. We spend weeks in our studio sketching layouts and sourcing fabrics before we ever touch a venue. On-site, it is a different game. When we work at venues like Umaid Bhawan Palace, we are not just decorating; we are managing lighting angles and structural integrity. We handle the messy middle phase, the ladder climbs, and the trial and error with color palettes. Lighting is rigged to highlight specific textures, and floral installations are built to withstand the entire evening. It is a collaborative effort between our designers, carpenters, and florists. You see the final result, but we pride ourselves on the planning that ensures your event looks exactly like the vision, regardless of the venue's limitations. We walk through every corner, checking sightlines and table placement, making sure that when you step in, the only thing you feel is the atmosphere we promised. We believe that behind every grand setup is a team that knows how to handle the pressure, turning logistics into a smooth, stress-free experience for you. ## About Aashira We are Ashish and Rajshree, the hands behind Aashira. We live for that moment when a sketch becomes a physical, breathing space. For us, every event is a chance to prove that true grandeur lies in the details.
