## About Storytelling & Puppetry Workshops

I live for the moment when a whole group of kids is giggling, totally lost in a story. For over 13 years, Tickles & Tales has been my way of bringing this magic to all kinds of children, and honestly, nothing beats the sparkle in their eyes.

### What We Actually Do

Every workshop is full-on hands-on and energetic, not just kids sitting around watching. We jump right into:
- Creative puppet shows for kids with a whole bunch of quirky characters (sometimes even Peppa Pig or The Gruffalo show up).
- Puppet making workshop for children where everyone gets messy and makes their own puppet to take home - trust me, they’re super proud of it.
- Loads of games, music, dancing, parachute play, and bubbles. No dull moments here.

### Who It’s For

I design each session so it works for toddlers to tweens (ages 2 to 10). I’ve also done a lot of workshops with children on the autism spectrum and at hospitals – those are honestly the most rewarding days for me.

### Where & When

I come fully loaded - puppet theatre, sound, craft stuff, everything. You just need to bring the kids. These workshops fit anywhere: birthday parties (theme it up!), school events, summer camps, housing society celebrations, or just a fun playdate.

### For Teachers

If you’re an educator wanting to spice up your lessons, I do storytelling training for teachers too. Puppetry isn’t just play; it’s a game changer in the classroom.

## Meet your expert

### My story

Hey, we’re Tickles&Tales. Been at this for 13 years, but honestly, every show still feels new. We’re all about big grins, giggles, and a bit of magic for kids and parents. When we’re not with our puppets, you’ll find us sipping chai or catching up with friends. Oh, and a little thing we love? Our activity books and finger puppets help support Cancer Kids. Life’s simple - spread joy, stay grateful.

### My work

- **All kinds of puppet shows & workshops**: We do interactive puppet shows for birthdays, schools, corporate family days, plus teacher workshops.
- **Super interactive sessions**: Our 30-minute shows are packed with rhymes, music, games, dance, and drama—kids jump right in!
- **Popular & special stories**: From The Lion King to our shadow puppet Ramayan show, we’ve got themes kids love.
- **Puppet making & games**: Kids get hands-on with puppet making craft sessions, treasure hunts, and parachute play.
- **For every kid, every event**: Perfect for ages 2-8, at home or school, and designed for all kids—neurodiverse or neurotypical.
