Namaste, hum Team Aarivayu hain, Mumbai ka pehla 'Ayurveda Experience.' Life ka tempo dekh ke laga sab thak gaye hain - stress, deadlines, bad habits. Log quick fix dhoondh rahe hain, par asli sukoon andar se aata hai. Humne Ayurveda ko easy banaya, punishment nahi. Jab Surekha ji ka heel pain ya Jaina ka back pain humare treatment se gaya, wohi toh asli reward hai. Ayurveda humare liye sirf kaam nahi, mission hai.
