Here is a look at my work with large-scale productions, featuring complex stage management and custom performances. ## Photos and videos - [Video: A glimpse of a grand 'Cultural Mela' I organized, featuring over 100 artists for a large-scale reception. Whether I am managing a four-day corporate engagement across multiple properties or setting up pyrotechnics for a live stage show, my primary focus is ensuring the technical requirements align perfectly with the venue constraints. This is the difference between a show that runs smoothly and one that encounters delays on the day of your event. When you scale up to events involving 100+ artists or high-profile celebrity acts, you cannot leave the details to chance. My team at Aarav Celebrations manages the entire lifecycle of your production, from the initial technical site survey to the final breakdown of the stage. ### Why Scale Requires Expertise - **Technical Riders:** For major corporate shows, we handle the integration of sound systems, lighting, and stage geometry. If you are hiring a celebrity anchor or a musician, their technical rider dictates the equipment needed. We bridge that gap so the artist can perform without equipment failure. - **Multi-Location Logistics:** I have managed complex activations, such as multi-day Diwali festivals across different properties. This requires synchronized schedules for artists, transport, and equipment, ensuring every location maintains the same standard of quality. - **Special Effects & Safety:** Incorporating pyrotechnics or aerial acts adds massive visual impact, but it demands strict safety compliance. We use certified cold pyrotechnics and provide the necessary site clearances so you get the effect without the liability risk. ### Planning Your Production If you are planning an event in Delhi or elsewhere in India, we start by understanding the venue capacity. A stadium-sized event requires different acoustic considerations compared to a ballroom awards night. We assess your crowd size and brand goals to recommend the right mix of live acts and production elements. We are used to working with large corporate teams, and we understand the necessity of clear communication, punctuality, and professional conduct from start to finish. ## About Aarav Celebrations I am Raghav from Aarav Celebrations, and I specialize in taking large events from a concept on paper to a reality on stage.
