We assess your lawn or rooftop space to place the buffet and bar counters where they remain accessible but don't crowd the dance floor or seating area. We also prioritize practical lighting placement, ensuring your pathway and seating zones are bright enough for movement, while using par cans to highlight the garden features or venue architecture without creating glare. ### Practical Outdoor Setup We understand that an outdoor party in Gurgaon requires more than just decoration. It requires infrastructure that works. Whether you are hosting a casual get-together in a DLF Phase 1 garden or a larger event on a society rooftop, we bring everything required to make the space functional. ### Lighting and Ambiance Good lighting defines the vibe. We use a mix of fairy lights wrapped around trees or structures and LED par cans to create depth. For evening parties, we ensure the buffet and catering stations are well-lit so guests can see what they are eating. We position lights to highlight the landscape, giving your venue a finished, professional look. ### Furniture and Catering Flow We rent and set up furniture that fits the space. For cocktail parties, we arrange standing tables with skirts that match your theme. If you need a buffet, we set up full-length tables with chafing dishes and organize the crockery and glassware nearby. This reduces traffic jams near the food counters and keeps the service staff moving efficiently. ### Handling the Elements Gurgaon weather can be unpredictable. For outdoor events, we provide waterproof tenting solutions or canopies when needed. We also bring our own equipment, including generators and sound systems, to ensure your party does not stop if the society power fluctuates. We work in rooftops, farmhouses, and society clubhouses across the city, so we are familiar with the access constraints and setup requirements of most local venues. ## About Aakar Tent & Events We are Avinash and Abhay, and we run Aakar Tent & Events. We handle the logistical headache of outdoor setups, from tents and lighting to buffet management, so you can enjoy your event without the stress.
