Whether it is a society lawn or a home living room, our team brings everything from the pipe and drape structures to the buffet tables and power backup, so you are not stuck coordinating with multiple vendors on your special day. ### Our Approach to Event Management Since 2014, we have operated with a simple goal: provide a complete, stress-free setup for your celebration. We do not just drop off items; we handle the installation, technical setup, and breakdown. ### What We Handle in Gurgaon We operate across all sectors in Gurgaon, from DLF phases to suburban residential societies. Our work covers: * **Religious & Cultural Events:** We set up full darbaars for Mata ki Chowki, pandals for Ganesh Chaturthi, and traditional decor for Janamashtmi. This includes the stage, backdrop, floral arrangements, and sound systems tuned for kirtans. * **Society & Community Festivals:** We manage large-scale setups for Independence Day, Navratri dandiya nights, and other community gatherings. This involves heavy-duty spider tenting, stage building, and high-capacity sound and lighting rigs. * **Home Celebrations:** We transform living rooms and terraces for housewarming ceremonies, birthdays, and family gatherings. We bring the furniture, flooring, lighting, and buffet hardware needed to make your space event-ready. ### The Logistics We believe in being prepared. When we arrive for a job, we bring our own team to assemble the tents, set up the power backups, and arrange the seating. You do not need to worry about the heavy lifting or the technicals. We use standard, durable equipment—banquet chairs, clean fabric drapes, and reliable buffet setups—that we have refined over hundreds of events in the city. ## About Aakar Tent & Events We are Avinash and Abhay. Since 2014, we have been the team seen in the background at weddings and society festivals across Gurgaon. We do not overpromise; we just ensure the tenting, food counters, and seating are ready before your guests arrive.
