We do not just drop off chairs; we look at your terrace or lawn to determine where the food station fits, how the seating works, and where the lighting goes to make the space functional for your guests. ### Planning an Event in Your Own Space We know that home events in Gurgaon, whether in a high-rise apartment or a society villa, come with specific challenges. Space is almost always at a premium, and you need a setup that does not clutter the area. We have been working with residential spaces since 2014, so we know how to configure a terrace or a lawn for maximum flow. ### How We Manage Your Setup * **Space Evaluation:** Before we start, we look at the logistics. If you are hosting a rooftop party, we ensure the gazebo tents are secured for wind and that the buffet layout does not block the terrace entry point. * **Furniture Choice:** We use specific furniture, like our Chiavari chairs or standard banquet chairs with covers, to keep the look clean and organized rather than cluttered. * **Atmosphere:** For Mehendi or religious functions, we use fabric draping and lighting to define the space, creating a festive zone without needing expensive, permanent structures. ### Why Our Approach Works We focus on the practical side of hosting. You do not have to worry about where the catering tables go or how to arrange the seating so people can still move around. We handle the setup and dismantling, allowing you to focus on your guests. Whether it is a small birthday gathering or a traditional puja, we bring the equipment and experience to get the job done right, just like we do for our large-scale corporate clients. ## About Aakar Tent & Events We are Avinash and Abhay, and we have been managing events across Gurgaon since 2014.
