I look for the snap in your kicks and your composure under pressure. You might know the moves, but if your strikes lack power or your discipline slips, you do not advance. We treat every grading session like a real tournament match, because that is the only way to truly earn your rank. ### Building the Champion Mindset At A.V.S. Taekwondo Academy, the road to a black belt is built on sweat, not shortcuts. We follow a strict progression from white belt basics to advanced competitive techniques. My philosophy is simple: 'आप अभी कैसे हो कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता। आप क्या बन सकते हो बहुत फर्क पड़ता है।' (It does not matter who you are now. What you can become matters a lot.) ### Our Curriculum We ensure that every student masters the foundational techniques before moving to the next level: * **Forms (Poomsae):** Detailed instruction on the patterns required for belt grading. Precision is everything here. * **Sparring (Kyorugi):** We teach competitive fighting rules, footwork, and reaction drills in a controlled, safe environment using proper gear. * **Conditioning:** You will work on stamina and flexibility. We focus on achieving full splits and explosive power for your kicks. ### Where We Train We operate in Jahangirpuri and Burari, Delhi. Our sessions are hybrid—we use indoor mats for technique and outdoor grounds for endurance. Whether you are a beginner or looking to prepare for state or national-level competitions, we provide the same level of intensity. If you are ready to work hard, I am ready to coach you. ## About Ankit Ranya I am Ankit Ranya. At A.V.S. Academy, I do not just teach moves; I build champions.
