Beyond just physical fitness, we drill for specific situations like score retention, corner entrapment, and weight management. It is about having the right mindset when you are down on points and need to score quickly under pressure. Our Wall of Champions is not just for display. It is the direct result of our Elite Squad regimen at A.V.S. Taekwondo Academy. We do not just teach stances; we teach how to win. ### The Competition Edge Our 6-day-a-week training includes full-contact sparring sessions that simulate real match intensity. We move beyond basic kicking drills to focus on high-stakes strategy. Whether you are aiming for district-level success or preparing for international G-2 events, the preparation remains the same. ### Training for Results We guide our fighters through the reality of competitive Taekwondo, including: * **Tactical Sparring:** Learning how to read an opponent and score within the final seconds. * **Weight Strategy:** Professional guidance on cutting weight safely for specific categories like U-38kg or U-45kg. * **Mindset Conditioning:** As I always tell my students, it is better to die trying to win than to live fearing defeat. We prepare students for prestigious events such as the SGFI National Games and CBSE Central Zone tournaments. This requires more than just skill—it requires the grit to show up for morning outdoor conditioning, road running, and evening technical classes. If you are ready to push past your limits and want to see your name on the podium, come join our sessions at Jahangirpuri or Burari. ## About Ankit Ranya I am Ankit Ranya, and at A.V.S.
