Here’s a peek at how I turned my lockdown passion into your favourite eggless treats. 🫶🏻 ## Photos and videos - [Video: A little bit about me and my journey with Sugar Rush by Nidhi. I started this in 2021 after discovering my passion for baking during lockdown. I specialize in custom whipped cream cakes that are always 100% eggless and baked from scratch.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/4135cd42-5bb5-4a25-92d8-5cad3b40c9c6) ## About Meet the Baker If you’re wondering why I request a little lead time for your order, it’s because I don’t believe in shortcuts. Every sponge is baked from scratch to cool properly before frosting, ensuring that what you get is as fresh as possible. This is why I work on a pre-order basis—it's the only way to keep the quality exactly where I want it to be. 🧿 It all started in 2021, right in the middle of lockdown. What began as kitchen experiments turned into a full-time obsession with perfecting the crumb and cream consistency. I’m a firm believer that you don’t need heavy fondant to make a cake look beautiful. I specialize in custom whipped cream cakes that focus on flavour and texture, avoiding those thick layers of sugar paste that often go to waste. Whether it's a specific theme, a fusion flavour like Mango Rasmalai, or just a classic chocolate truffle, I treat every order like I’m baking it for my own family. When you order from me, you’re not just getting a dessert; you’re getting something made with zero pre-mixes, high-quality couverture chocolate, and a lot of patience. I love keeping up with new baking trends, so if you’ve seen a design you love or have a wild idea for a flavour combo, let’s talk. I’m always down for a creative challenge. ✨ ## About Sugar Rush by Nidhi I’m Nidhi, and Sugar Rush is my passion project turned reality.
