When I’m working with ganache or buttercream, that final swirl is where I check the texture before the cake leaves my kitchen in Vashi. 🤌🏻 Baking is part science, part art, and a whole lot of patience. When you see those perfect drips on my chocolate cakes, that’s actually me testing the ganache temperature to ensure it slides just right—not too runny, not too thick. Every cake starts with a base baked from scratch, no pre-mixes ever. My process involves chilling the sponges overnight, which is why they stay moist even after delivery across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Whether I am piping a shell border on a lavender cake or sculpting a number 3 for a birthday, those repetitive motions are how I maintain consistency. I’m also big on the details that don't always make the final shot—like the internal dowels I use for tiered wedding cakes or the way I wrap real flower stems for food safety. If you have a specific theme in mind, like a Harry Potter setup or a coquette-style heart, I use these same techniques to make it happen. I’m based in Vashi, and I love bringing your wildest Pinterest ideas to life. Let’s make your next celebration a little sweeter! 🫶🏻 ## About Sugar Rush by Nidhi I'm Nidhi, and Sugar Rush is my passion project.
