Whether you need a standard ceiling canopy or a full room transformation with light-up marquee numbers, I ensure the installation is complete in 45 to 120 minutes. You pick the venue and the color theme, and I take care of the balloon mounting and floral placement so you can focus on the birthday celebration. ### How I Set Up Your Surprise I offer three distinct tiers of service to suit your budget and venue. For a simple bedroom setup, I use 30 to 40 metallic balloons attached to the ceiling with safe adhesives to create a floating effect. This is paired with 15 to 20 loose floor balloons and rose petals leading from the entrance to the bed, where I arrange a petal message. For more complex requests, I provide the 'walking on clouds' effect using 60 to 80 chrome or metallic balloons combined with battery-operated LED tea lights. This creates a dense, premium look that works well in both bedrooms and hotel rooms. ### Customization and Themes My work relies on lighting and contrast. I use neon signage and marquee numbers to make focal points for photos. You can choose from color palettes like classic red, elegant silver and white, or bold gold and black to match the mood of your celebration. If you have a specific space constraint, such as an 8ft wall requirement for a grand heart arch, let me know when booking so I can prepare the structure accordingly. ### Practical Details I operate across Navi Mumbai and the wider Mumbai Metropolitan Area. All setups are designed to be disposable or easy to remove, meaning you do not need to worry about cleanup. Note that if you choose a package involving marquee lights or neon signs, a power outlet must be accessible near the setup area. I handle the delivery, installation, and collection of these rental props the following day. ## About New Mumbai Decorator I turn bedrooms and hotel rooms into private celebration spots.
