They catch light differently from every angle, creating a dynamic, living texture that looks far more expensive on camera than a standard flat flex print. If you are setting this up, keep in mind that I use LED PAR cans at the base; the light hitting the moving sequins is what makes them really pop. ### Why a Shimmer Wall Works Whether you are hosting a 20th birthday or a corporate New Year party, a shimmer wall provides an instant high-end look without needing massive floral installations. ### Technical Requirements - **Space:** You need a minimum wall space of 8x8ft. If the venue is outdoors, I suggest placing it in a shaded area to prevent glare and protect the sequins from high wind. - **Lighting:** Lighting is 50% of the effect. I bring LED PAR cans to wash the wall in color. If your venue has low ambient light, the shimmer effect will be even more dramatic. - **Setup Time:** These panels take roughly 2 to 3 hours to assemble and mount properly. I handle the entire assembly process on-site. ### Customization Options I stock panels in Gold, Silver, Black, and Iridescent finishes. For the best result, we can frame the wall with organic balloon garlands in your party color palette. I often add neon signage (like "Happy Birthday" or "Oh Baby") directly onto the shimmer panels to create a focal point for cake cutting and photography. If you have a specific theme, let me know. I can mix and match the balloon colors to make the shimmer wall feel like it belongs to your specific celebration. ## About New Mumbai Decorator I focus on the details that make a room look expensive. I use these shimmer walls to transform a boring wall into the main photo spot for your party.
