It takes about 2 hours for my team to set up, but the look on your guests’ faces when the birthday boy or girl walks through those sparks and bubbles is worth it every single time. Sometimes a standard balloon arch just isn't enough. When you are looking for that extra 'wow' factor, specialty decor is where the fun begins. I focus on elements that make a statement immediately, whether it is a surprise birthday setup in a car trunk, a grand walkway for an entrance, or creative welcome signs for your guests. ### Grand Entrances One of the most requested setups I do is the 'Grand Entry.' This involves using cold pyro sparklers and bubble machines. Unlike traditional fireworks, cold pyro is safe to use at most venues, allowing us to create that dramatic effect for weddings, anniversaries, or milestone birthday entries. I have set these up on everything from banquet stages to open lawns in Vasai-Virar and across Mumbai. ### Creative Surprises If you want to surprise your partner or a friend, the car boot decoration is a favorite of mine. I decorate the trunk of the car with balloons, banners, and 'Happy Birthday' or 'Anniversary' foils. It is a quick, mobile setup that creates a huge impact without needing a massive venue. It works perfectly for midnight surprises or quick driveway celebrations. ### Personalized Signage Every event feels more personal with custom welcome signs. Whether it is a chalkboard-style sign for a 9th birthday or an elegant easel for an anniversary, these small touches tie the theme together. I can work with your specific requests for names, ages, or themes to ensure the decor feels like it belongs to you, not just a generic party package. ### Logistics and Setup I work across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. Whether you are hosting at home, a terrace, or a banquet hall, I need about 2 to 3 hours to install these specialty setups. My goal is to make sure everything is ready before your guests arrive, with no drama and no stress for you. ## About Decor by Rahil I am Rahil, and I genuinely believe every day is worth celebrating.
