I come in, transform your bedroom or living area with fairy lights and rose petals, and finish everything before your partner arrives. You do not need a grand venue or a massive budget to pull off a special moment. Whether you are planning a milestone anniversary or a 'just because' surprise, I believe the effort matters more than the scale. I serve clients across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, focusing on creating setups that feel personal and intimate. ### How I Work My standard room surprises take anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes to install. I handle the entire layout: creating a pathway with fresh rose petals, draping fairy lights over your headboard, and arranging helium-look balloons to fill the ceiling. If you prefer something more distinct, my canopy setups are perfect for living rooms or spacious bedrooms. I use sheer fabric and rose vines to build a cozy, tent-like structure that immediately changes the vibe of the room. ### What You Get Most of my packages are rental-based, meaning I provide the iron ring frames, neon LED signage, and custom props, and come back for pickup the next day. This keeps costs down and allows us to focus on the decor quality. - **Rose Petal Art:** I arrange real petals in heart shapes or messages on the bed or floor. - **Balloon Decor:** From organic garlands on the wall to loose balloons for the floor, I match your preferred color theme. - **Custom Touches:** I can incorporate your photos into the fairy light displays or add personalized 'Happy Anniversary' foil balloons. If you have a specific vision—like a 'Just Married' room for newlyweds or a creative proposal setup—just let me know. I am based in Nalasopara West but travel all over Mumbai to make sure your surprise goes off without a hitch. ## About Decor by Rahil I'm Rahil.
