I typically use high-quality artificial marigolds (genda phool) for that classic, lush look without the wilting issues of fresh flowers. We can customize the drapes to match your outfit colors, and I always bring along those little touches—like Rajasthani umbrellas and brass pots—to make your backdrop look just as good in photos as it does in person. Whether you are planning an intimate Haldi at home or a lively Mehendi on your terrace, the goal is to get that bright, celebratory feel without the stress. My setups are designed to be ready in just a few hours, perfect for the fast-paced flow of Indian pre-wedding rituals. I rely heavily on high-quality artificial marigolds and rich, colorful drapes. Why? Because they stay fresh-looking through the entire ceremony, no matter how long the rituals go on or how hot the day is. You get that classic aesthetic, complete with traditional brass props and vibrant fabric layering, without worrying about wilting petals or last-minute maintenance. For Mehendi, I love using a mix of textures—grass walls for a modern, earthy look, or bright yellow and green drapes if you want something more classic. I include accessories like hanging Rajasthani umbrellas and dreamcatchers to add depth to your photos. You don't need a huge budget to make a space look festive. I work mainly across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, including Vasai and Virar. If you have a specific color theme for your wedding outfits, tell me before we start. I can match the drapes and floral accents to your clothes, so your photos turn out perfectly coordinated. A quick heads-up on the logistics: since these setups are usually at home or in a rented banquet space, I need clear access to the wall or area where you want the main backdrop. If you have a specific seating area for the bride or groom, let me know early so we can frame the decor around it. My team handles the assembly, and we make sure it is sturdy enough for all the guests coming in for the photos. ## About Decor by Rahil Hey, I am Rahil.
