My favorite projects, like the ones you see here, use fondant only for the fun, detailed accents that need that extra oomph, while keeping the base layer rich, silky Italian Meringue Buttercream. This approach gives you the design you want without sacrificing that light, melt-in-your-mouth taste. This gallery is a snapshot of the projects that keep me excited to be in the kitchen. Whether I am hand-sculpting a superhero for a birthday or arranging fresh flowers on a tall barrel cake, my goal is always the same: make it look amazing and taste even better. ### Themed & Character Cakes From Harry Potter fandoms to construction sites, I love the challenge of turning a creative idea into edible art. I use a mix of techniques, including edible prints and hand-cut fondant elements, to ensure the characters look spot on without turning the whole cake into a fondant-heavy block. ### Elegant & Modern Styles For anniversaries, weddings, and milestones, I lean into clean lines, metallic drips, and textures. My signature Italian Meringue Buttercream is the backbone of these designs. It provides that sharp, professional finish that is far less sugary than traditional frostings, letting the actual cake flavor shine through. ### How It Works I bake out of my studio in Domlur and deliver across Bengaluru.
