### My Cake Philosophy

For me, cake is more than dessert - it’s what everyone remembers after the party’s over. I love turning wild ideas into edible art, whether it’s a cartoon character, a favourite movie, or something personal like a stethoscope for a doctor’s birthday. I want your cake to be both a showstopper and actually yummy to eat.

### Buttercream > Fondant (But I Do Both!)

Honestly, I’m all about that rich, silky Italian Meringue Buttercream. It just tastes better! But hey, some designs need fondant magic. I now make detailed fondant cake toppers for those ideas that need extra oomph, but the base? Always my signature buttercream.

### My story

Hey, Yeshaswini here! My life’s basically sugar and icing, and honestly, I wouldn’t swap it for anything. I’m a pastry chef, but first, I’m a foodie. Running Renaé Patisserie is wild - one day it’s Italian meringue buttercream, next day I’m stuck making Insta reels. Not always a fan of fondant, but clients keep me on my toes. Every cake, every challenge, I just love seeing how far I’ve come (and you guys make it fun!).
