Whether it is a compact balcony or an open terrace, we focus on safe, battery-operated lighting and stable structures so you can walk around freely without worrying about messy wires or bulky equipment getting in the way of your special moment. We know that for a romantic surprise, the atmosphere is everything. Our setup process is designed to be low-stress for you, whether you are planning a quiet date night at home or a grand proposal. We start by looking at your location. If it is a terrace, we build wind-resistant canopies and use specific fairy lights that create a soft, warm glow without overwhelming the space. For indoor setups, we work with the existing layout to arrange drapes and signage, ensuring the room feels intimate rather than cluttered. Key elements we include for these setups: * Lighting: We use fairy light curtains, LED strings, and pillar candles in glass vases to maintain a safe, fire-free environment. * Pathways: We create a distinct aisle using fresh rose petals, which we source fresh for every event to keep the fragrance light and natural. * Personal touches: We often incorporate marquee letters or neon signs that can be customized to your message, whether it is a birthday, anniversary, or the big question. Since we operate across Delhi NCR, we are accustomed to working in different types of homes and venues. If you have a specific vision or a tricky layout, just let us know. We prefer to visit the site or look at a quick video of the area before we start, so we can ensure everything fits perfectly when we arrive for the setup. ## About Paro Eventz Organizer We are Paro Eventz, and we love turning ordinary home spaces into cozy escapes.
