I typically need about 60 to 90 minutes to transform your space with a backdrop and arch. If you are working with a tight area, I can adjust the design to ensure it feels cozy rather than crowded, so you still get those perfect photos without blocking your walkway. ### Why the Backdrop Matters The backdrop is the focal point of your event photos. Whether it is a first birthday or a baby shower, this is where the cake cutting happens and where guests gather for pictures. ### My Decoration Styles I focus on a few key types of setups that work well in Delhi NCR homes and banquet halls: * **Balloon Rings:** These 6x6 ft circular frames are my go-to for home parties. They are compact, versatile, and look great with custom neon signage. * **Shimmer Walls:** For a more premium look, I use 8x8 ft shimmer or flex walls. These add texture and catch the light, making your photos pop compared to standard drapes. * **Personalized Elements:** I include details like the child's name, age, or specific character cutouts (like Cocomelon or Boss Baby) to ensure the decor feels unique to the occasion. ### Practical Details for Your Event * **Setup:** I handle the setup and, for rental items like marquee letters or stands, I arrange for collection the next day so you don't have to worry about cleaning up equipment. * **Space Management:** I have worked in everything from small apartment living rooms to large banquet halls. If you have a specific space constraint, tell me when you book so I can plan the arch size accordingly. * **Customization:** If you have a Pinterest reference or a specific color palette, send it over. I am happy to mix balloon colors or add specific props to match your theme. Whether you need a grand entrance arch for a party hall or a simple photo corner at home, I make sure the setup is sturdy, vibrant, and ready on time. ## About Paro Eventz Organizer We are Paro Eventz Organizer.
