My semi-classical routines aren't about rigid technique—they're about how you use your hands, your expressions, and the story you tell on stage. I break down every move so it feels natural for you, even if you haven't trained before. 💃 ### Why Choose Semi-Classical? Think of this style as the perfect balance between 'filmy' and 'graceful'. It is less about high-speed jumps and more about the *ada* (expressions) and fluidity. If you want a Sangeet performance that feels classy, romantic, or even a bit nostalgic, this is the way to go. ### How I Make It Work for You - **Outfit Friendly:** I specifically design choreography with your Sangeet attire in mind. Whether you are wearing a heavy lehenga or a saree, I teach you how to manage the fabric so you look stunning without tripping over your own feet. - **Expression Over Steps:** The biggest fear for non-dancers is forgetting the counts. I focus on storytelling through your hands and eyes. When you connect with the lyrics, the movements come naturally. - **Fusion Vibes:** Want to mix a bit of contemporary with classical? Or maybe a soulful song with some rhythmic beats? I love customizing the mix to match your personality. ### The Process We start with a quick chat about your song choice—don't worry if you haven't picked one yet, I have plenty of suggestions! I provide mirror-image tutorial videos so you can practice at home at your own pace. For in-person sessions, I come to you, making rehearsals comfortable and stress-free. Let’s create a performance that feels like *you*. ## About Niranjani Rao I’m Niranjani, the face behind New Tribe.
