I spend a lot of time adjusting steps so they actually work for the specific person dancing, not just a generic demo. Whether it is helping a nervous father find his rhythm or managing a chaotic group of cousins, my focus is always on making sure the dance feels like you. I share these behind-the-scenes clips to show that dance choreography is not just about perfect routines. It is about the process. When we work together, we are going to have some messy, hilarious practice sessions before we ever hit the stage. I handle the song edits, the formation planning, and the troubleshooting, so you can just focus on the steps. My team and I have worked on everything from corporate dance events in Mumbai offices to high-energy Sangeet performances across India. We take care of the details like camera blocking for your wedding video and styling tips for managing heavy outfits while you dance. We believe in keeping it simple and fun, whether we are teaching a group of school kids or choreographing a bride's solo. If you have a specific song stuck in your head or a tricky family dynamic to navigate, we will figure it out together. Let's make your performance feel real and fun. ## About Niranjani Rao I started New Tribe because I wanted to prove that dance is a real career, not just a hobby. Whether I am teaching a corporate workshop or choreographing a bride's solo, I am just here to keep the energy high and the steps simple. ✨ Let's make something fun together!
