If that is you, sitting choreography is your best friend. We focus on upper-body fluidity and emotive expressions so you look graceful and confident without needing to master intricate, fast-paced footwork. It is a fantastic way to engage an audience while staying comfortable. Why choose sitting choreography? It is not just about convenience. It is a stylistic choice that emphasizes storytelling and grace. Whether you are looking for a unique performance for your Sangeet, a sweet duet for a wedding, or a fun routine for an online workshop, this style allows us to create something beautiful that you can actually enjoy performing. ### What we focus on * **Expressive Mudras:** Since the focus is on the upper body, we use hand gestures and facial expressions to tell a story through the music. * **Flexibility:** These routines are designed to be learned quickly. I have choreographed and taught full routines within 24 hours, making this perfect for busy schedules. * **Accessibility:** Whether you are doing this online from your living room or live at a venue, sitting choreography adapts to your space and comfort level. ### How we work My sessions are free of technical jargon. We keep it simple, fun, and focused on your vibe. If you are preparing for a Sangeet, I help with entry and exit positions so you feel like a star the moment you sit down. For online learners, I provide breakdown videos and recordings, so you have support long after the Zoom call ends. From Mumbai to Bangalore, or wherever you are, we can make it happen. ## About Niranjani Rao Hey, I am Niranjani!
