When I’m traveling to source supplies, I’m not just picking out colors—I’m testing the durability, pigmentation, and ease of application of every chrome powder, cat-eye polish, and gel I bring back to the studio in Santacruz. ### More Than Just a Mani People often ask how I get such consistent quality in my hand-painted sets. The secret isn't just in the painting—it’s in the sourcing. I travel specifically to hunt down tools and pigments that you won't find at standard local supply stores. When I’m in the market, I’m looking for high-quality, lightweight soft gel tips that actually flex with your natural nail, and magnetic polishes that have that deep, mesmerizing shift. ### The Process at naiLIT® Once I’m back in Mumbai, the real fun begins. Whether I'm working on a custom, made-to-measure hand-painted art set or prepping my universal ready-to-wear collections, every step is deliberate: * **Precision Prep:** Each set of nails is buffed and wiped down for maximum adhesion longevity. * **Artistry:** Whether it's intricate 3D character work or a simple French tip, I use multi-layered gel techniques to ensure the designs don't chip easily. * **Quality Control:** Every set is finished with a high-gloss or matte UV-cured top coat for that professional salon feel. ### Why It Matters My goal is to make professional, high-end nail art accessible without you having to sit for hours in a salon.
