I do not believe in heavy scripts or rehearsed lines because the best energy happens when we are spontaneous. This behind-the-scenes look is simply my way of showing you that I arrive early, assess the mood of the room, and jump in to be the spark that gets your guests moving. If you scroll through my reels, you will notice a common theme—it is never just about me holding the mic. Whether I am hosting a high-energy Sangeet night in Mumbai or a breezy Haldi function, my focus is always on the guests. Clients often ask if I use a fixed routine. The truth is, my best moments happen when things go slightly off-script. I treat these behind-the-scenes clips as a window into my process: arriving early for a sound check, coordinating with the DJ for that perfect entry beat, or sharing a laugh with the family before the formal proceedings begin. For corporate events, this means knowing how to command a room without being overbearing. For weddings, it means knowing when to step back and let the couple have their moment, and when to step in to get the crowd dancing. If you are looking for an anchor who feels more like a friend with a microphone than a formal host, we will get along just fine. ## About Srishti Vad I am Srishti, and I don't believe in being a stiff anchor. I host from the heart, mixing Hindi and English to make sure every guest, from the kids to the grandparents, feels like the main character at your event.
