For every fantasy theme, I mix matte pastel and shiny chrome balloons to build organic, asymmetric garlands that look like floating clouds or magic trails, rather than stiff, uniform arches. Achieving that density and varied texture takes about 90 minutes of setup, but it is exactly what makes the backdrop pop for photos. When you choose a whimsical theme, the goal is to create a small fantasy world for the party. I focus on three core elements to get the look right: the backdrop, the props, and the lighting. ### The Setup Components * **Backdrops:** Depending on your package, we use 6ft circular metal frames or custom 6x6ft printed flex boards. These are the canvas for the entire theme. * **Balloon Art:** I use a mix of standard latex, pastel, and chrome balloons. For themes like unicorns or fairies, I focus on soft, dreamy color palettes. We place these in organic clusters around the backdrop to frame it naturally. * **Themed Props:** This is where the magic happens. I bring in custom cutouts—whether it is a glittery unicorn, butterflies, or fairy figures—that are 2-3ft tall. These are placed near the cake table or on plinths to make the scene feel immersive. * **Lighting:** I include marquee numbers (like a glowing '1' or '5') and generic neon signs to add a warm glow, especially for evening parties. ### How We Plan If you have a specific fantasy character or theme in mind, tell me early. I have a shop in Hosapalaya where I prepare these cutouts. My standard setup takes 90 minutes. I recommend booking at least 10 days in advance, especially for weekend slots, so I can ensure all the custom props are ready for your event in Bengaluru. ## About Memorable Events I'm Viji from Memorable Events.
