This ensures guests see the personalized detail, like a photo or name, the moment they walk in rather than missing it in the excitement of the balloons. Your entrance is the first thing guests see, so it needs to be warm, clear, and on-theme. Whether you are hosting a 1st birthday or a traditional naming ceremony, we ensure the setup matches the vibe of your event. ### Designing Your Entrance We focus on two main elements for entrances: * **Balloon Arches:** We offer classic spiral designs for a traditional look or modern organic garlands for a trendy, asymmetrical finish. If you have a specific color palette in mind, we can match it exactly. * **Welcome Signage:** A personalized board with the name of the birthday child or a family photo creates that special 'welcome home' feeling. We provide sturdy easel stands so these signs stand out clearly. ### Practical Details * **Space Matters:** For home setups, we recommend our standard 6ft arches to ensure they fit without overwhelming your doorway. For larger event halls, we can scale up to 8ft or 10ft designs. * **Customization:** We don't just use standard signs. We can include your theme's graphics—like unicorn motifs or superhero elements—directly on the welcome board. * **Logistics:** We handle the full setup, including transport and installation. For locations within 8km of HSR Layout, transport is already included in our package. If you have a theme or a specific photo idea for your welcome sign, just let me know when you reach out. I can help you pick the right colors to ensure your party entrance pops. ## About Memorable Events I'm Viji, and I believe the entrance is the most important part of any party because it's the first thing your guests see. At Memorable Events, I focus on creating arches and welcome signs that set a happy tone the moment people walk through the door.
