It is a responsibility. My training was not just about mastering postures. It was an intense 21-day journey of unlearning and growth that taught me that self-love is often about burning through resistance. This is the perspective I bring into every session at my shala, ensuring you get more than just a workout. Many people think yoga is only about physical flexibility, but my own journey under Acharya Bharath Shetty taught me otherwise. Real progress happens when we align the mind and body. The 21 days I spent training were transformative, teaching me that self-love is not always about pampering yourself. Sometimes, it is about showing up when you do not want to and pushing through mental blocks. This discipline is the foundation of my teaching at Kaya Yoga Studio in Mulund. Whether you join me for a sound bath, a philosophy workshop, or our regular group classes, you are stepping into a lineage of authentic practice. We focus on proper alignment, breathwork, and a space where you can be yourself. It is not about perfect poses. It is about finding that state of bliss that stays with you even after you leave the mat. My goal is simple.
