If you have an old or grainy photograph, I can restore those memories on canvas, even merging people from different images to create one scene. Every commission includes a digital time-lapse video of the painting process, so you can watch your memory come to life before it arrives at your door. I have spent over a decade perfecting my brushwork, and the pieces in this collection show the range of what we can create together. Whether you are looking for a museum-quality memorial portrait to keep a loved one close or a large statement piece for your living room, my process is designed to be transparent and personal. ### My Approach to Your Portrait * **Material Quality:** I work exclusively with fine-grain cotton canvas and professional-grade oil paints. Every finished piece is coated with non-yellowing archival varnish, ensuring it remains as vibrant in a decade as it is on the day you receive it. * **Customization:** From the initial conversation, we discuss the background and mood. If you want a bokeh-style blur to make the subjects pop, or a detailed wedding mandap setting, I tailor the background to your preference. * **Logistics:** I handle all packing myself, using multi-layer, impact-resistant materials to ensure your artwork survives transit, whether you are in a metro city like Mumbai or a smaller town. ### Frequently Asked Questions **How do you handle old photographs?** I love working with old images. If you have a family photo where everyone isn't together, I can composite the individuals into a single, cohesive portrait. I will guide you on what image quality works best. **Do you provide frames?** Yes. You can choose to have your portrait arrive as a rolled canvas or fully framed in a high-quality synthetic wood finish (Black, Brown, or Gold), ready to hang the moment you unbox it. **Can I see the progress?** Absolutely. I provide a complimentary time-lapse video reel for every commission. It is my way of showing the layers of effort that go into capturing a human expression accurately. ## About Aashi Jain I’m Aashi, and for me, painting is simply peace. I spend my days in my studio turning fleeting moments into canvas heirlooms because I truly believe a photo says 'wedding', but a painting says 'forever'. I love that I get to capture the laughter and the tears that people want to hold onto.
