## About Custom Oil Portraits

I turn your precious photos into oil portraits you’ll actually want to hang up - not just stash away in a cupboard. There’s something about seeing a memory painted by hand that just hits different. It’s a way of making a moment feel more real, more permanent.

### What I Offer

- I make everything myself, by hand, in my studio - no shortcuts. You send me a photo (even if it’s old or a bit faded), I’ll turn it into a realistic oil painting on canvas.
- I love working on all kinds of portraits: individuals, couples, families, even memorial oil portraits where I can bring people together who may not be in the same photo.
- If you want something extra special, I can tweak the background or combine elements from different pictures so it really feels like your own custom canvas artwork.

### My Style

- Most of my work is realistic, with a focus on expressions and tiny details (especially when it comes to Indian clothes - those patterns are my jam).
- If you like, I can also add a bit of an impressionist touch - a little more artsy but still true to life.

### The Experience

- You choose if you want the painting framed and ready to hang or just the canvas, rolled up.
- I ship all over India (and internationally), packing each portrait with care - sometimes with a little note from me.

Nothing too fancy, just honest art made with full dil se (from the heart). If you want a hand painted family portrait or a unique gift for someone special, you’re in the right place.

## Meet your expert

[Aashi Jain](https://mytribe.in/_jain_aashi_)

### My story

Hey, I’m Aashi Jain. Painting is my chill zone, my own shaanti (peace). Folks say, 'Aashi, you make it look easy!' But bro, it’s been 10 years of nonstop brushwork. Best part? Like that time I painted a girl with her dadi (grandmom) who passed away, by mixing two photos. Seeing her smile, feeling close to her dadi again – that’s why I do this. Whether I’m painting live at a shaadi (wedding) with Pritam blasting, or bringing old photos back to canvas-life, I’m just freezing memories. And man, I love it.

### My work

- **Live Wedding Painting**: I capture wedding moments live on canvas – guests love watching the painting unfold right there.
- **Custom Handmade Oil Portraits**: Send me your photos, even old ones or mix-and-match, and I’ll create a timeless oil portrait.
- **Live Caricatures for Events**: I sketch fun, quick caricatures for parties. Adds laughter and a personal touch to any event.
- **A Gift That Lasts Forever**: My paintings are more than decor – they’re memories you can hold, perfect for anniversaries or birthdays.
- **Delivery & Shipping**: 100% handmade, framed or rolled canvas. Free shipping anywhere in India, worldwide events possible.
