Just good, old-fashioned cooking that respects your palate. ### Why our curries hit the spot * **Slow-Cooked Dals:** My Dal Makhani and Yellow Dal Tadka are staples. I treat them with patience, simmering them long enough to develop deep, authentic flavours that pair perfectly with Tandoori or butter rotis. * **Paneer done right:** Whether it is the richness of Shahi Paneer or the capsicum-heavy crunch of Kadhai Paneer, the quality of our cottage cheese is what matters. You get 400g of Jeera Rice paired with 250ml of your choice of curry, plus sides like sirka onion and green chutney to round it off.
