We start in your home because that is where your dog feels most comfortable, allowing us to build consistent habits without the stress of a new environment. ### Why Core Commands Matter Obedience isn't just about making your dog listen. It is about safety, communication, and confidence. Whether it is preventing your dog from bolting out the door with a firm 'Stay' or ensuring they return to you at the park with a reliable 'Come', these basics are the foundation of a happy life together. ### My Training Method I use only positive reinforcement. There is no shouting, no harsh leashes, and no fear. We use treats, praise, and patience. When a dog trusts you, they want to learn. My goal is to make training feel like a fun game for your dog rather than a boring task. ### What We Cover in the Basic Course We focus on the non-negotiables that every pet parent needs: - **Sit & Down:** The building blocks of self-control. - **Stay:** Vital for safety during walks or when guests arrive. - **Come (Recall):** Ensuring your dog returns to you immediately when called. - **Leave It:** Essential for preventing your dog from picking up harmful things off the floor. ### Training Structure I offer a 4-week home-visit course consisting of 12 sessions. Each session lasts about 35-45 minutes. Because I come to your home in Delhi NCR, the whole family can learn how to maintain these commands, ensuring consistency for the dog. I also provide guidance on potty training and simple biting correction if those are areas you are struggling with. Remember, a well-behaved dog is a relaxed dog.
