I often see couples prioritize one grand backdrop, but having smaller, interactive corners—like a dedicated station for your guests to interact with—keeps the energy alive throughout the event. Whether we are setting up a Turkish-inspired lounge or a traditional marigold aisle, we ensure the layout encourages your guests to move, mingle, and enjoy the day. ### Planning Your Pre-Wedding Vibe Haldi and Mehendi functions are where the wedding festivities truly start to breathe. Because these events are often daytime or intimate evening affairs, the decor needs to work in harmony with the natural light and the venue's existing architecture. **Beyond the Traditional Yellow** While marigolds are iconic for a reason, we love pushing the boundaries. Whether it is a Turkish-inspired theme with deep blues and patterned plates, or a boho garden party with soft pastels, we treat these ceremonies as a canvas for your story. Your decor should feel like an extension of your own taste, not just a standard package. **The Power of Small Details** Guests spend the most time at Mehendi stations or hanging out near the Haldi setup. This is where personal touches—like a custom welcome sign on an easel, a photo booth corner with quirky props, or even a vintage gramophone playing background tunes—make a difference. These are the elements that get guests talking and capturing photos. **Logistics That Work** In Mumbai, managing space is key. Whether you are hosting at a banquet hall near Saki Naka or an outdoor lawn, we focus on smart layout designs that ensure the ceremony area feels sacred yet accessible. We handle everything from the floral canopy structures to the specific seating arrangements, ensuring your comfort is never compromised for aesthetics. We are here to make sure your pre-wedding function feels like a celebration, not a production. ## About Event Plus Management Weddings run in our blood—we have been watching spaces turn into stories for over 40 years.
