We handle everything from the initial structural fabrication in our workshop to the final, delicate floral adjustments on-site, ensuring that the grand design you see is as sturdy as it is beautiful. The magic of a wedding or a corporate gala doesn't happen by accident. It is the result of hours of heavy lifting, precise measurement, and thousands of small decisions made long before the guests arrive. We don't just design; we build. Our 40 years in the industry have taught us that a grand reception stage or a complex mandap structure is only as good as its foundation. **What happens behind the curtain:** * **Fabrication & Production:** Unlike companies that purely rent props, we have our own fabrication capabilities. If a concept requires a specific geometric shape or a custom neon installation, we build it. This gives us full control over quality and timing. * **On-Site Coordination:** When we arrive at a venue like ITC Maratha or JW Sahar, the focus shifts to efficiency and safety. Our crew understands how to navigate hotel logistics, loading docks, and strict time windows, ensuring we respect the venue's rules while delivering the look you expect. * **The Final Polish:** The last two hours before an event are the most important. This is when we focus on lighting adjustments, scenting the area with fresh mogra or tuberose, and ensuring the floral pedestals are perfectly aligned. We don't consider the job done until the lighting hits the stage exactly right. We believe in showing you the process because it builds trust. When you see our team arranging blooms or setting up complex truss lighting, you know that your event is in hands that understand the weight of the responsibility. ## About Event Plus Management We have been transforming spaces into stories for over 40 years, and it all starts in our own workshop.
