We often see couples worry about repetition, but we love breaking that mold by weaving in unexpected elements—like Turkish blue accents or spice-market textures—to ensure your photos feel fresh, not like every other ceremony you have attended. Designing a pre-wedding function is about finding the balance between cultural tradition and your personal aesthetic. In Mumbai, we have access to incredible fresh flowers like local marigolds and tuberose, which we use to build the foundation of our setups. However, the magic often lies in the details that break the monochrome look. Whether it is a traditional Haldi with vibrant Phulkari-inspired ceiling canopies or a quirky setup involving antique bicycles and custom-painted frames, we focus on creating zones that invite interaction. We manage everything from the 10ft thematic backdrops and couple seating to the rugged carpets and prop-filled photo corners. For us, the challenge is always making a space feel intimate even in a large hotel ballroom like those at the Taj Santacruz or Courtyard Mumbai. We handle the technical side—rigging, masking, and lighting—so you can focus on the rituals. If you have a specific color palette in mind or a story you want to tell through your decor, we are here to help bring that vision to life with precision and care. ## About Event Plus Management We have spent 40 years watching celebrations turn into stories. For us, a pre-wedding function is the perfect canvas to mix tradition with the unexpected, whether that means marigold arches or a Turkish-inspired spice market setup.
