It is a good starting point if you want to understand how I work with homeowners and office managers to turn abstract ideas into functional, everyday spaces. ### Bridging Creativity and Execution Designing a space is rarely the clean, linear process magazines often portray. In my feature for LivPro Magazine, I spoke openly about the reality of being a designer: the rollercoaster of project management, the importance of clear communication with vendors, and the technical side of interior architecture that often goes unseen by clients. ### My Approach to Design My philosophy is simple: homes and offices should be places of peace. I steer away from template-based designs because every client and every floor plan has unique needs. Whether I am working on a residence in Bengaluru or consulting for a commercial office fit-out, my goal is to blend aesthetics with high-function utility. ### What You Will Find in My Process: * **Collaborative Planning:** I believe in constant dialogue. We start with mood boards and 2D layouts to ensure we are aligned before any civil work begins. * **Technical Rigor:** With a background in civil engineering, I pay close attention to material quality, electrical looping, and structural modifications. * **Turnkey Management:** I take on the heavy lifting of coordinating vendors, site visits, and quality checks so you don't have to. If you are looking for a designer who values transparency and practical problem-solving as much as the final look of the room, this feature is the best place to get a sense of my professional style. ## About Estilo Designs I am Monisha Manjunath, the founder of Estilo Designs. My work is rooted in my civil engineering background but driven by a passion for making spaces feel like a true place of peace. Whether it is a home or an office, I am here to bridge the gap between a vision and a finished reality.
