[View full gallery](https://mytribe.in/_decor_planner/romantic-occasion-decoration/gallery) It takes a lot of sweat, climbing ladders, and chasing perfection to create those picture-perfect moments. This is a peek at how I build your dream setups from scratch. ## Photos and videos - [Video: From setting up backdrops and arranging flowers to climbing ladders to hang balloons, I do it all with love. This business is my passion, and I pour my heart and soul into making every event perfect for you.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/f0130f1d-3904-4620-9c82-30d3019a9048) ## About Behind the Magic People often see the finished, glittery setup, but the real work involves hours of planning, lugging heavy marquee letters up stairs, and fixing balloon arches on the spot until they look just right. When you hire me, you are not just paying for the final look. You are getting the effort and planning that goes into making sure every prop stays put, every light is secure, and the decor handles the energy of your event so you can focus on the celebration. There is a funny saying I use, 'Business mein malkin banne se pehle majdoor banna padta hai' (Before becoming the boss, you have to be the worker). It is true, because my day rarely starts with directing; it starts with heavy lifting. Whether it is carrying crates of marquee letters into a terrace or carefully taping hundreds of balloons to a ceiling so they stay up all night, I am right there in the mix. I believe you cannot create something beautiful if you do not understand the mechanics of it. That is why I do not just manage; I set up. Working through Delhi rains, maneuvering through traffic with delicate props, and climbing ladders to get that perfect height is the reality of event planning. It is not always glamorous, but seeing the look on a client's face when they walk into a transformed room makes the sweat and the sleepless nights worth it. I treat every setup like it is for my own family, ensuring that the fairy lights are untangled, the rose petals are fresh, and the neon signs are perfectly positioned. When you choose me for your milestone, you are getting someone who cares about the tiny details as much as you do. ## About Decor Planner I started Decor Planner from a simple love for making rangoli, and today, I am the one climbing ladders to make sure your backdrop is perfect. I believe real magic is born from hard work, which is why I am personally involved in every single setup, rain or shine.
