I use weighted bases and heavy-duty anchoring to make sure your arch stays put, even if the Delhi breeze picks up or we're styling near a pool. My goal is to make sure your setup looks perfect from the first minute to the last, without you worrying about the wind or the logistics. When you take a celebration outdoors, the environment becomes part of the design. A blank rooftop, a lush garden, or a bright poolside area in Delhi NCR offers incredible potential, but it comes with its own set of challenges. My process starts by looking at the natural light and the layout of your venue to ensure the decor enhances the space rather than crowding it. ### How I Style Outdoor Venues * **Rooftops:** These are perfect for evening events. I often pair shimmer walls with neon signs and fairy lights to create a glow that stands out against the night sky. It's about using the open space to create a contained, cozy atmosphere. * **Garden Setups:** Greenery is a beautiful backdrop, but it needs color contrast. I love using pastel balloon rings with floral accents or butterfly themes here. These setups feel light, airy, and very festive. * **Poolside Events:** Water reflects light beautifully. I focus on creating structures that frame the pool area, using chrome and metallic balloons that shimmer when the light hits them. Safety and stability are key here, so everything is anchored securely. ### Practical Tips for Your Venue * **Weather Planning:** Always have a backup plan for heavy rain or extreme heat. I can help suggest indoor corners of your venue that we can quickly pivot to if the weather turns. * **Lighting:** If your venue doesn't have great lighting, let me know. I can incorporate LED par lights or marquee numbers to ensure the space is well-lit for photos. * **Entryways:** Don't forget the entrance! Staircase decor or a welcome arch sets the tone the moment your guests arrive. Whether it's a banquet hall or a home terrace, that first impression matters. I treat every venue as if it were my own home, making sure the setup is clean, secure, and ready for you to enjoy. Let's make your celebration shine! ✨ ## About Decor Planner I’m Aakanksha, and for me, decor is all about bringing heart to a space. I love the challenge of turning a blank rooftop or a quiet garden into the backdrop for your favorite memories, handling the stress so you can just enjoy the moment.
