Opening a fitness studio is a big step, and I want to make sure you have the right tools to build a space that lasts. My franchise model isn't about high-pressure sales or massive, impersonal gyms. It is about community. As a DtF franchisee, you aren't left on your own. Here is what you can expect: - Hands-on Certification: You will be trained in my signature aerobics, HIIT, and Pilates routines so you can lead classes with confidence. - Diet Planning Skills: You will learn the 'DtF way' of nutrition, teaching your clients how to eat 'ghar ka khana' instead of following fad diets. - Community-First Setup: We focus on keeping the environment 'ladies-only'. This creates a safe space where women can show up as they are, without the self-consciousness often found in regular gyms. - Ongoing Support: Whether it is managing your first batch or handling client queries, I am here to help you navigate the start of your journey.
