It is about creating a space where the decor does not just sit there but invites people to sit down, grab a game card, and actually relax—because these moments should feel like a slow Sunday afternoon, not a rigid event. When we build these boho and teddy bear themes, our goal is to move past the standard balloon arch. We incorporate tactile elements like dried palm leaves and fresh eucalyptus to give the setup an organic feel that photographs beautifully. Whether you are planning a small living room gathering or a larger space at a venue, we adapt the layout to ensure it feels cozy rather than sparse. For our Teddy Bear Picnic setups, we use plush, high-quality bears as anchors for the decor, pairing them with pastel-toned florals like roses and baby's breath to keep the aesthetic gentle and nostalgic. We also handle the small practicalities that make a party flow: custom signage, welcome easels, and interactive station cards that get guests talking. If you choose our home decor packages, we arrive 2 to 3 hours early to set up everything, including the tabletop arrangements and balloon garlands, so you can walk into a finished room without any stress. We want the final look to be a reflection of your personality, not just a catalog image. ## About Caramel Events We are Caramel Events, and we believe the best celebrations are the ones that feel like home.
