We fix those mistakes in real-time. This is not a group demo where you watch from the back row. You are the one holding the beater, weighing the flour, and feeling the consistency of the batter while I stand right there to guide you. Learning to bake is a science, not a guessing game. In these private sessions, we move at your pace, not a group pace. If you are struggling to get the whipped cream consistency right, we pause and fix it until you understand the texture. If you want to learn how to stack a heavy cake without it leaning, we practice the support structure until it is solid. We cover everything from individual weighing techniques to the final packaging. I walk you through my vendor lists for ingredients and explain how to calculate your costs, which is essential if you plan to turn your hobby into a business. You walk away with the confidence to reproduce these results in your own kitchen. My goal is to ensure you do not just follow a recipe, but actually understand why the ingredients react the way they do. ## About Cakecious I am Ashwini, and I treat baking like a science. I started my business from scratch, and now I teach others to do the same without relying on shortcuts. My kitchen is open for you to learn properly.
