Whether it is a seasonal plum cake workshop or a high-energy cupcake decorating challenge, my corporate sessions are fully equipped. I bring the aprons, the pre-measured ingredients, and the professional tools. All your team needs to do is show up, get their hands messy, and have some fun. ### Why a Baking Workshop for Your Team? If you are tired of the same old team-building lunches, a baking workshop is the perfect way to switch things up. Baking is a science that requires patience, teamwork, and a bit of creativity. It forces everyone to slow down, listen, and work together to create something delicious. Plus, you get to eat the results at the end! ### How I Make It Easy I know office logistics can be tricky. That is why I handle the heavy lifting. I pack everything required for the session, meaning your office space doesn't need to be a commercial kitchen. We can work with modest setups, and I ensure the cleanup is minimal. ### Popular Workshop Themes * **Cupcake Decorating Challenges:** We focus on piping techniques, tricolor swirls, and fun aesthetics. It is competitive, fast-paced, and great for creativity. * **Seasonal Speciality:** From plum cakes to festive treats, I tailor the menu to the time of year. * **Fundamentals of Baking:** For teams that want to learn the 'why' behind the sponge, I break down the science of eggless baking into simple, actionable steps. ### My Teaching Philosophy I am not just a baker; I am a teacher. My sessions are about building confidence. Whether it is a group of five or fifty, I ensure everyone gets hands-on time. I don't believe in shortcuts—I teach the proper foundation so that even a complete beginner feels like a pro by the end of the session. If you are in Mumbai and looking for a way to build team spirit, let's chat. I am happy to customize the session length, theme, and difficulty level to suit your office culture. ## About Cakecious I started Cakecious to turn my love for teaching into a business, and bringing that passion to corporate teams is a different kind of joy.
