I bake them in small, controlled batches to get that perfect gooey texture inside, and yes, they are available on Zomato whenever the craving hits. My kitchen in Santacruz isn't just about party cakes. I love experimenting, and this cluster is all about the little joys I bake daily. ### What I’m Whipping Up * **Brownies & Bites:** My signature brownies are fudgy, gooey, and packed with chocolate chips and crunchy walnuts. They are the perfect 'I need chocolate now' fix. * **Cheesecakes:** I spent time at pastry school mastering the New York-style baked cheesecake. It is rich, creamy, and I often swirl it with caramel or fresh toppings. * **Weekend Specials:** Keep an eye out for my Korean garlic buns. These are soft, savory, and I bake them fresh every weekend. * **Custom Treats:** Whether you need a bento box with mini cupcakes for a gift or some dark chocolate overload cookies for a snack, I’ve got you covered. Everything you see here is 100% eggless. No shortcuts, no pre-made factory mixes, just real ingredients. If you have a specific craving or a wild idea for a treat box, just send me a message and we can work it out. ## About Cakecious I'm Ashwini, and baking started as a dream I chased from pastry school to my own home kitchen. Every treat I make, whether it is a savory Korean garlic bun or a classic New York cheesecake, is 100% eggless and made from scratch.
