Every cake is made fresh—no pre-baked sponges, no shortcuts. If you’re craving something really intense, ask me for my Belgium Almond Berry—it’s the perfect mix of dark cocoa and fresh, tart berries. Many people think eggless baking means compromising on texture, but my sponges are moist, airy, and rich. When I work with chocolate, it’s all about the right balance. A great chocolate cake shouldn't just be sweet; it should have depth. My Dutch Truffle cakes are a local favorite because I use pure ganache, not just cream mixed with flavor. For those who want something a bit extra, I love experimenting with textures, like adding hazelnuts for a satisfying crunch or fresh berries to cut through the richness of premium Belgium chocolate.
