Since I do not use heavy preservatives, I time the baking specifically to your order so they arrive fresh from my oven, maintaining that just-baked texture. ### Freshly Made Treats When it comes to sweets, I believe simplicity wins. My chocolates and cookies are about honest flavours and quality ingredients. You won't find mass-produced batches here. Instead, I focus on specific flavour profiles like Hazelnut, Caramel, and rich Truffle for my chocolates, ensuring each piece is crafted with care. ### The Cookie Experience My choco-chip cookies are designed for that classic pairing with tea or coffee. I balance the ratio of dough to chocolate chips so that every bite is satisfying. Because these are made fresh in my home kitchen in Bangalore, they are best enjoyed within a few days of delivery to experience them at their peak. ### Perfect for Gifting These items are popular for small gifts, office treat boxes, or just keeping a jar on the counter. If you have a specific event or a larger requirement for gifting, please let me know in advance. I can put together assortments based on my current chocolate rotation, which usually includes shapes like stars and hearts, perfect for birthdays or festive surprises. ### Ordering and Delivery Since everything is made to order, please reach out with your requirements at least a day before you need them. This helps me manage the baking schedule so your box of chocolates or jar of cookies reaches you while still holding that homemade warmth. ## About Blissful Bites I am Shazia, and food is my happy place. These chocolate and cookie recipes are the ones I have perfected in my own kitchen, and I love creating treats that feel like a warm hug. Whether it is a box of assorted chocolates for a friend or a fresh jar of cookies for your evening tea, I put a lot of heart into every batch.
