## Meet your expert

### My story

Hey, I’m Ushma. Balloon Bar started out as a wild dream called Madcaps, with me, Nirav (my partner), and a bunch of folks who became family. Ten years of ups, downs, and a whole lotta balloons. Every color, each setup? That’s my heart out there. I don’t chase trends, I pour love. Nirav’s faith kept me going when I doubted. We’re all about moments that feel real and warm. Thanks for being part of this crazy, beautiful ride.
