Our team shares ideas, insights, and treatment plans for every single patient. When you walk through our doors in Brookefield, you are not just getting a therapist, you are getting the collective experience of our entire crew, from orthopedic specialists to strength trainers, working together to get you moving again. When I started Arch, I knew I wanted more than a standard clinic. I wanted a space where movement, science, and empathy meet. That is why I call my team my army. We are not just colleagues in white coats; we are a family that helps stroke survivors brush their hair, cheers for athletes at tournaments, and celebrates festivals like Sankranthi together. Our approach to your recovery is deeply collaborative. You will never be handed off to a single therapist who works in isolation. Whether you are coming in for post-surgery rehabilitation, geriatric care, or chronic pain management, our entire crew discusses your progress. If you are seeing Dr. Sanjeev for an orthopedic issue, you might also have Nithin refining your strength training, or Dr. Presilla monitoring your neurological progress. This internal culture is why we emphasize continuous learning. You will often see us running internal workshops or reviewing the latest biomechanical research. We believe that to help you move better, we must stay at the forefront of the science ourselves. Every member of this team, from Dr. Chandana in sports physio to Dr. Nisha in cardiorespiratory care, is chosen for their skill, their patience, and their ability to explain the 'why' behind your pain. We are here to help you get back to your life, not just manage symptoms. ## About Arch Physiotherapy & Fitness I am Valmiki Karthik, founder of Arch. My team is the heartbeat of this clinic and the reason we get results. They are not just here to treat you; they are here to ensure you get stronger and reclaim your life.
